Formation (legal Form): A Lebanese Joint Stock Company has been formed between the holders of the shares hereinafter created as well as those that may be created in the future. Such Company shall be governed by the provisions of the Code of Commerce and of other laws relating to joint stock companies, as well as buy the provisions of the Currency and Credit Law pertaining to financial establishments and by the present articles of association.
